mgbdub2007: Nice video. But the hotel is a real let down. It s not remotely as good as the other O&O locations. Something is missing - I ll be interested to see the renovation in person but based on your video nothing huge seems to have changed. Staffing quality has always been a massive problem here too and I always feel the entrance is too visible security wise coming / going to the v&A. The Queen Victoria hotel close by is a much smaller hotel, with arguably much better levels of service and way more privacy. As a positive - food is good here. But it s a good destination for a lunch or dinner imo - definitely not to stay. Date: 2023-03-25
