The new Crown lounge looks great. I can't believe Schiphol is ranked amongst the best in the world. Personally, it's one of my least favourites - the poor choice of food & drink outlets, the awful 'departure pens' they use for budget airlines and the debacle with security last year put it on a par with Stanstead and Hamburg.

Ja, business class naar BKK. Veilig aangekomen en vriendelijke crew maar eten, gehaktballen en drinken Champagne met stop was geen prettige ervaring. (Beloofd om een nieuw glas te krijgen maar nooit gekregen)
(Kleine anekdote: tijdens een verblijf in Bali een gesprek met Nederlandse medegasten. Sabena afkorting: . en wij afkorting KLM: kl. te luchtvaartmaatschappij. Iemand van het gezelschap bleek voor KLM te werken. De toon was gezet )

I flew with KLM from Amsterdam to New York last year. It was an excellent flight. I really liked the seat and the catering. They are one of my favourite carriers. Because I live in Scotland it is difficult to get direct flights, so I end up in Schiphol quite a lot. It's a large, but easy to find your way around, airport. Enjoyed your review as always.

Nice video. The only thing is that blurring everyone's faces makes it a bit more difficult to concentrate. I totally understand if it's an actual new regulation.
I've flown with KLM and it's always been a good experience. It feels like a reliable and nice airline.

Everything is designed so well, from the lounge and the cabin to the pepper & salt clogs and the Delft Blue houses. Also, they use Dutch manufacturers as much as possible for everything, including spirits and cosmetics. Very nice to see.

I love the dutch crew at KLM and I always feel safe with them. They are always helpful and do extra each time I fly. This video makes me miss Netherlands so much. Used to live there couple of years, now in Sweden.

Flew on them from JFK to Budapest & back. Wonderful staff, very friendly, good food, comfortable beds. I like that they are reasonably priced for business class. I just hang at Delta express lounge

lovely lounge, the inflight demo is so cool, i'm not a fan of food coming in small plates, can be a bit deceptive when it comes to portions, the decor in the bathroom is cute, overall a nice video.

I dont know if I missed it or it wasnt mentioned. the seat doesnt appear to have much reclining room. How does it work with this type of design?
