Every Saturday you take me to a place I will more than likely never go BUT after watching I always want to go! I could definitely enjoy the stay at this hotel especially the spa service! I also want to compliment you on how you show slow, steady sweeps of rooms and angles which gives time to look at everything! That is certainly one of the best features of your stream is allowing the viewer to take in everything with relaxation and enjoyment. The hotel room is completely handsome in all aspects of that word. Please have an amazing week and can't wait until next video!

The Adlon is a legend resurrected. It was no longer intact after 1945 and was rebuilt in the same place in 1997 with the participation of the founding family. The founder himself died one night, during the numerous riots in Berlin, in the middle passage of the Brandenburg Gate, looking at his Adlon. Lorenz Adlon created something unique and a very small part of it can still be felt today at the elephant fountain in the lobby. By the way: the elephant fountain is the original. It was already in the lobby when it opened. Welcome to the Adlon, Adlon oblige.

I'm curious on how do you ask for permission to film inside: you ask it straight away as soon as you reach the reception or you email them beforehand?
Apart from the permission of filming, dou you also ask them permission to use the footage in a creative way so you can combine it with specific historical notios and/or other association of thoughts? Thanks

Hotel Adlon Kempinski has even blended with how the Brandenburg Gate looks like. The green painted attic matches that the color of statue on top of the gate, and the outer walls' paint that of the actual gate.
You carry us so well that we almost feel the ambiance!

Good video, but in my opinion this must be one of the most hideous places you have ever featured. BEIGE.
Claustrophobic public spaces. Nice suite but no relation to Berlin or Germany. Tacky, pretentious, out-dated dishes, artwork and flower arrangements in Motel quality. Even the Metropol in Moscow did better 30 years ago.

I thought that after the Antarctica episodes the Expert had completed the Earth level and started to showcase resorts from other worlds. I was wrong, although some of the reviews shown here seem to show otherworldy places.

Good morning my friend. A lovely looking hotel with great views of some historical architecture from a bygone era. The menus looked very interesting, I hope to food tasted as good as it looked.

I stayed here a bunch of times and it is without doubt one of the best in berlin, in germany certainly top 5 and up there with the best 50 city hotels in the world. Service is very friendly and feels like afamily.

I think the Stue is better. Adlon is more central though. If you want action use the Ritz at Potsdamer Platz. But the stue is unbeaten in terms of service.
