Genuine question - the atrium is beautiful but it feels like it lacks a purpose. What is it for? It s not immediately apparent that you have to get in an elevator to go to check in, there s no one to welcome you, it has seats but no real reason why anyone would sit there - you can t get a coffee or a drink, you can t get information about the city, if you were staying at the hotel, you d probably go straight through it. It just seems a beautiful wasted opportunity.

As pretty as this is, I was shocked about the workstations for the receptionists and the concierge. Clearly style was more important than ergonomically healthy working. Those chairs and the height of those desks are a perfect recipe for back and neck pain. Not impressed. Also nothing on the buffet was labelled. At least the allergens for each product should be labelled. Apart from that it's really nice.
