I already thought that when watching the last video from that restaurant, but this part of the world really isn't known for its great cuisine. Every time I saw a documentary about Peru or any other part of the Andes, all the people seemed to be eating was corn and guinea pig.
It is telling that pretty much all the food they seem to be serving in that restaurant and in that resort are imported dishes (like lasagna) with a nod towards local ingredients and created with local cuisine in mind, just not really actual local cuisine, not even a modernized version of actual local cuisine.

I don't know who the architect of this hotel is, but the building from the outside resembles a prison barrack. Inside, the ceilings are very low. It feels like the ceiling is lying right on your head. Again, an open bathroom - no light insulation and especially no sound insulation. I am not attracted to collective ablutions. A small pool - are there problems with water Thanks for showing this. No desire to visit this hotel.

It's nice to see the hotel is quite accessible, but it would be even better if they also provided a small wooden ramp next to the two steps down from the restaurant to the social zone (where now those 3 baskets are standing, or at least put handrails next to the steps, so that disabled guests can also sit there.

Love your video as usual, this time I found more interesting on dining, some of the foods look exotic, not sure what they are but sure would be fun when taste is, thanks expert.
