Intro music is a memory. What a place! A quiet elegance. A vibe of mine. Until they opened the restaurants! Oh, my. so loud! I loved the fountain and wished it was in my backyard! I also liked the museum house and learning about the sound! Thumbs up on the tub! I would try that white peony tea offered at your afternoon tea, perhaps with a little lemon tea cake. I'd be feeling positively civilized!

Consider reviewing your supply of adjectives. Not everything in the world, and frankly, much of Raffles, is not bombastic. Refined, delicate, peaceful, nice, straight out of Pottery Barn, intricate, damascene, lacey, restrained.
How is curated better than well chosen or suitable Was an actual curator involved or just some interior decorator How is it that the menu at McDonalds is not curated

Another wonderful tour and as always a pleasure to watch. I was lucky enough to stay at Raffle Singapore both pre and post renovation. I much preferred the original. It somehow lacks the warmth that it had before Accor tinkered with it. Glad though the fountain, made here in Scotland is still looking splendid! Looking forward to staying at Raffles Jakarta and Qatar in January 2026.

I dont know if that kind of luxury fits you, but I'm diing to see you walk us for the Room where Agatha Christie was stayed in 1930 and wrote Death on the Nile. Or any other hotel in the country of the Pharaos. Thank you for all the entertainment

I’m currently soaking in the tub in my Suite at the Raffles and watching this excellent video. I am steps away from some parts of the hotel. I was unwell when I arrived here, so I am enjoying your video in my room, which is taking me to all the places of this hotel that my tired feet do not want to go. Thanks!

What a tranquil oasis! We only visited the public boutique and arcades back in 2016, cause we stayed at the Marina Bay Sands for the pool. We came from Bintan, where we visited the first (small) luxury hotel in our life: The Sanchaya, shortly after opening. There's where i became invected with the luxury hotel virus

This place is charming and really beautiful. Wow! I love the architectural aspects of it, from the beautiful pillars to the arches and stairs. Very very nice and I’ve never been there but I think your video did it justice LTE! Thank you for sharing this slice of heaven with us.

If you want something quieter, Raffles is on a completely different level. Marina Bay Sands is iconic, yes but Raffles has that calm, understated excellence I prefer. Singapore just hits different for me. I love this city.

It's a beautiful hotel, but different from some other luxury experiences as the staff can be overly familiar with guests, in my experience. Good, or bad, you decide. Total matter of taste.

What a shame Raffles is surrounded by tall, bland, ugly buildings. Raffles featured prominently in a TV series, Tenko, filmed in the 80s about Singapore in WWII.

This is getting boring. This is the fourth raffles video I’ve seen this year. So many other amazing hotels in Singapore but they all go to the overpriced tourist trap.

I’ve stayed in both, but to be honest I prefer the Peninsula in Hong Kong. The Oriental in Bangkok is also spectacular (or at least it was when I stayed there.
