The overwhelming majority of hotels and houses in Singapore are tastefully designed and decorated, this is what stands out the most to me in this country. In addition to the kind, bright and highly educated people there of course.
Always a nice experience taking a few days off with the family whenever I have a conference in Singapore.

One of the worst designs by Foster Partners I've seen. Luckily the beautiful original colonial parts really save a lot: those are absolutely fantastic! It's at that point where it's old enough to show some age as well.
Beautiful setting too, and as long as the hotel is run well I'm sure it's a good choice. But could be better.
Big points for it being locally and privately owned (by a family-owned corporation.

Hmmm. interesting, I guess. But not for me! Highly disagree with the modern add. The art was awful. Sculpture looked like farm implements left out in the field. I'm sorry, dear LTE. But this was more of a let down for me. I understand different tastes for different people. It just felt sad to me. However, your video and editing execution was spot on! the music!
PS: it was really noisy!

Lucky enough to stay here and had a sea view suite. Love the feel of the resort and Cassia is not to be missed. Still one of my favorites up there with Saint Geran. Stayed at The Barracks last year half the price and a great experience for those considering options. But Capella is very special, beautifully captured as ever exceptional editing. Thanks for allowing us to re live it.

Well it’s definitely a stunning property and the large rooms and resort style offering are amazing but I’m struggling to place it ahead of Raffles! Raffles interiors and exterior absolutely exude high end luxury & timeless sophistication I’m not so sure about the modern carpark style’ facade of the newer buildings in Capella! . just saying

Capella Singapore is absolute luxury vast, beautifully curated spaces that feel like your own private sanctuary. The food looks phenomenal and wandering the lush gardens with peacocks strolling by is pure magic. Thanks so much for this incredible review mate!

Strangely enough, though living just minutes away from it, have not even gone into this place even once. On the other hand, experienced 2 months ago a newly opened 6 star villa only resort nearby.

We'll be in Singapore in January, our fourth time. But we chose a hotel in the city. It's a very comfortable and safe city for tourists. And there's plenty to see.

I liked the Raffles Hotel, but avoid Singapore and Singapore Airlines because of their use of capital punishment and corporal punishment! So primitive.

For the money, looking out to all the cargo ships at Pelawan beach. It is almost better they create an artificial island to hide them from view.
