I visited Singapore last year after a month in Bali.
It's exactly what I expected and your video captured everything I saw and felt.
Changi's Jewel was awesome. The malls were awesome.
My biggest problem was the heat. 95 degrees every single day. 10 degrees hotter than I'd experienced in Bali or would have in NYC. Walking around there I was constantly having to buy drinks just to keep from fainting.
I HATED THE FOOD. I tried brunch in the Marina Bay Sands buffet and it was terrible.
I tried their restaurants and didn't like them either. Didn't like the McDonalds. Didn't like the Subways.
I did, however like the KFC Mala Goldspice chicken. Their Five Guys was OK.
I found a great tourist souvenir spot in Chinatown selling bags labeled Singapore and wondered why more stores didn't sell things like that as souvenirs. And I got lucky because I saw someone with the bag at the airport the day before I needed to leave and searched for it and managed to find it.
The hotel rooms are overpriced and small. I did enjoy the hotel pool which felt like a sauna in the heat.
I rode the Flyer.
Nice place but I wouldn't want to live there.

We’ve been visiting SG since 2013, it’s an incredibly beautiful, clean, and safe city.
Raffles is an absolute treat, haven’t stayed there (yet) but afternoon tea is a must.
You did a fantastic job of highlighting an interesting and unique place! Can I recommend that viewers also check out the Super Grove (artificial trees at the Gardens) by night, and Chinatown, including the Buddha Tooth Relic Museum.
Also, as a woman, Singapore feels VERY safe.

Thanks for the walk. I saw all the familiar sights in Singapore. It's a wonderful place. If anyone is planning a visit to Singapore, I recommend visiting the National Museum. It's very interesting and interactive. It's also a great way to escape the tropical heat or wait out a tropical downpour.

I can't believe you covered all of this in one day! Amazing. The waterfall and the supertrees were interesting. But if I'm being honest with you, it all feels a bit TOO controlled, TOO manufactured to me. Sorry SG. I did want to like you! Onward, dear LTE .

We stayed in Singapore for 5 days on the way home from Sydney to Belfast in April/May 2016. What a wonderful country. If only those strict laws were imposed in the UK.

Great place, but a bit on the pricey side! Still, if you've got the budget SG makes a great holiday and business destination! :)
