I think they build the cabins to fit customer demands more would probably mean they don't serve any purpose so why create more when you can make it with less. Eight seats isn't bad for first class it could be worse, the biz class looks okay. First time stepping into american airlines first class before take off just to take a look and I couldn't belive it.

If this is in the top 10 airlines in the world, this American first class will be a very basic mediocre business class. No wonder Airlines in the states always have high profits, they spend so little on service while charging people premium. I will never fly long haul with airlines in the North America ever. waste of money and least bang to the buck.

Depending where I have to go I travel Emirates or Etihad, that's where the real luxury lies. I often travel 12 hour flights and first or business is so relaxing. By the time I arrive at my destination, (often South Africa, I am well rested and fed. Other airlines just can't deliver that degree of service or comfort.

That Flagship Lounge looks like a welfare office, including the pitiful people using it (But I suppose that's why we have Windsor Suites. And, as usual, the food is sitting out, collecting germs. Very little protein offered, too (unless you think it's safe to eat Salmon, and permissible to eat Pork.

Yes American Airlines arent up to par with; say the middle eastern airlines, however they are considerably cheaper too. So you get what you pay for. You can take AA east coast to UK for 6k. Plus the product is on par with other American Airlines and most of Europes at that cheaper price point.

American Airlines. what the HECK? This so-called-first-class isn't even in the same league with SQ, EK, EY, not even AF. This first class looks like business class. And the background noise on the flight is LOUD. Just start over, try again. this misses the mark for first class on many levels.

People be hating, look, its better then ecomeny on any airlines, I'm sure you seen worse then that (like dog poop or run down hotel) its cheaper, you all are just spoiled with other airlines, at least it got you there safely, get it over with. You get what you pay for

Everyone is complaining about AA being shit however, you do realise that this isnt marketed as the best first class product nor is it priced as one. Their business class is very nice. While yes its not the best First class product it is a very nice seat.
