Monastero Santa Rosa (Amalfi Coast, Italy): SPECTACULAR HOTEL & INFINITY POOL Sandra Nelson: Heaven had better start taking notes. Because this place. Sister Rosa had an unerring eye when it came to monastery positioning. That spa. I could feel centuries of Roman senators hemming in approval. The cascade of purple morning glories in the garden just pierced my heart. It seems that the whole place was decorated with the themes of restraint and good taste. The room you had was very conducive to tranquil rest. What really impressed me, the person with mobility issues, was that hand rail that went from the entry way down one step. I know it doesn't seem like much, but that little step would cause me no end of trouble. The hand rail would erase all difficulty. And then there is the blue on blue on blue. I could just gaze at that all day long.

My favorite hotel is my tent under a tree at a beach on Crete island 35 steps from the aegean sea woken up by the singing birds with an early morning windsurf session after making my own espresso. I can stay there for two months and it's free. Don't get me wrong, I love your videos and I must say that this one is by far the best place ever, the design, decor of your room simply amazing, not to mention the rest, from an Italian, thank you for letting me discover this beauty.

What a beautiful travel vlog you have made here about this gorgeous resort, Monastero Santa Rosa Captivating photography with such a steady hand and still camera, excellent. The music is seductive and alluring and you have totally captured the mystic and artistry of this magnificent hotel/resort on the Amalfi Coast. Well Done, Bravo

Absolutely mesmerizing. you did a wonderful job videotaping. I/we would love to spend a month or two relaxing and romancing while there, deprogramming from horrific current world illusions and make a new a brand new reality. What better place to change the scenario/re-write one life than an old nunnery. :)

One of the best hotels that I have stayed at, as their have been quite a few; is the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco. I, also, love the Four Seasons in Montecito(Santa Barbara, California. Santa Barbara is my home town, so I must disclose this factL. O. L.

Why does it have to be under a chain like Aman? seems to me (IMHO) they are doing just fine unless you're saying they could benefit by being in a larger reservation/booking network? Otherwise, at 20 suites this looks to be well managed on its own.

The best hotel I've ever stayed at is The American Colony Hotel in Jerusalem, a Relais-Chateaux hotel with the most incredible ambiance, food, etc. that outdoes the Monastero Santa Rosa in every possible way. I don't like this hotel at all.

Not all that impressive and I didn't like the dirty old mirror over the bed. Also I think I would suffer from vertigo specially swimming in that pool. Being swept over the edge and down the cliff front into the sea might worry me a bit.

Another amazing video. I can't think of any reason for anyone to dislike this video. Is there a horrific or sinister backstory to this monastery that we're not aware of? Anyway any video with pasta carbonara is always a winner for me.
