You know how to pass properly. Wish more folks would accelerate. Used to run this once a week in a big rig with Petsmart loads out of Sparks. Believe it or not, there's always something new to see in the middle of nowhere. And now with podcasts, real easy to get an education. Thanks for posting.

1st time I drove across the desert was East to West in a VW van. 1st time in the West too. Magical. Drive long stretches of flat desert then up a rise and down to the flat. After hours like that it was like being on a conveyor belt going anywhere -. Time evaporated. Very trippy.

I’m jealouslots of people out on the East Coast! Hope I can get out to the desert at least once in my life. Are there any speed traps at all on some of those really remote stretches of road
