So much loveliness dt these days. From the Moca, to Grand Park, Grand Central Market, the Water Courts and the fun underground food courts and shopping. You can also find a lot of character in the Historic Core, still under intense restoration. Clifton's, the Last Book Store and The Little Easy are some examples of hidden gems.

These are great tips. I've lived in LA my entire life and personally for anyone visiting just don't go to Hollywood. There's so much to offer downtown and on the west side but Hollywood is a big disappointment. Plus you can see the Hollywood sign pretty much anywhere downtown.

Having lived in Los Angeles off and on for 25 years, overall this is a good list. I would have mentioned the Getty Malibu, Beverly Hills, the museums next to USC, maybe the Warner Brothers Studio Tour (skip Universal Studios.

The Last Bookstore though the best place to go if you're a reader and love being surrounded by local art installations. New and used books. Pictures speak for themselves though, look it up

This is SPOT ON Especially the little food truck promo But I'm pretty sure you meant KogiBBQ not KoBi? Unless I'm mistaken and there's an equally amazing BBQ food truck with that name.

Ive only been one time for a couple days with my bff and we ended up in Venice of course. Didnt get to see much except Hollywood Blvd for a short time. Would like to go back.

A local would never go to third street and promenade. They would hit Main St a couple blocks down Echo park and Silverlake are barely 'east' and not really considered it
