Guys i desperately need advice When I've been on long hall flights (the most I've had was 7h but it happened even in 5h) I've gotten such terrible pressure in my legs and feet. Deep vain thrombosis It gets so terrible for me that i am in desperate need to want to sit with my legs up against a wall or something. Coz the pressure is so terrible And that's when i start feeling so clastrophic and panicky Never had this when i was younger (flight fright) Walking around hasn't helped me at all Can you help plz I've got a got a 13 h flight coming soon so I'm a bit stressed of how I'll cope

Whenever I fly from Miami to any European country, or on the return flight, I make sure to get up twice during the flight and walk around the airplane or stand for 15 to 20 minutes. You can ask for a glass of water from a flight attendant and make small conversation with them, or talk to other passengers who are also moving around doing the same thing (that way you don't look weird just standing there. Good way to avoid blood clots forming in your legs and traveling to your heart. You definitely don't want that.

A couple of cheap throwaway face cloths and some wet wipes that are baby safe can really help in having a bit of a me moment to clean up. Hydrate. Hit the toilet an hour before landing, don't wait for the crush rush. Have some protein/carb bars, but watch out for declarations of food on landing cards. Don't be afraid to get up and stretch. Just check with the cabin crew before you start your yoga routine in the aisleBe polite to the crew. They make notes, and they are very observant.

Suggestion-re. staying fresh, if you have a layover and time permits, the best way to arrive at your destination Feet on the ground running, is to ask if there is a shower at your layover airport. If you're traveling business class, there should be a shower in any business class lounge. If you're flying coach, just ask someone. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. That's how I arrive in Thailand from D. C. wide awake and ready for action. And that's after 20+ hours in the air.

Im flying from Denmark (a small country on top of germany and under sweden) to Qatar and from there to Bali tomorrow. From Denmark to Qatar is about a 6 hour flight and from Qatar to Bali is about 12 hours (i think) the problem with upgrades are that if you are a family its alot harder than if you are solo or 2 person. Im only 13, my brother 16 and my mom and dad and it is alot harder for a 4 person family to get upgraded if you sont want to separate. Good tips otherwise.

- hand sanitizer - chewing gum- comfortable clothes- take a Aspirin C Plus before the flight against thrombosis - drink well- eat boring carbs (like bread, rice, ) so you feel good- not eating too fatty stuff- keep a little chocolate with with you, sugar is good for the mind and the mood: -) - and, charge everything before you go- if the power of you ipod is empty, take a non-digital book with you as backup

I have a meditation app that plays soothing sounds while I try to sleep. Its super relaxing and helps get me drowsy. Also, I download ASMR videos which make me sleepy as well. Original Formula Dramamine is good too, because I get bad motion sickness on planes, so it helps with that AND its a medicine of which drowsiness is a side effect, so you get the best of both worlds.

2: 30 the water on-board is not sanitary, dont believe me. in most lavatorys on newer aircraft there is a notice posted telling you the water is not suitable for consumption. Still dont believe me? Google it, many studies have confirmed the suspicions, being incredibly over the FDAs guidelines. So no, I wont be bringing my own water bottle.
