I have been in a similar situation with my wife. He is correct, never under estimate the power of the ocean. I can sometimes forget that my wife does not have the experience that I have. That was a crazy stunt to try swim through that reef to that beach Brodie, not surprised Vicky freaked out, I would have too. Glad you learnt your lesson there, the problem is that taking risks like that don t always succeed, that could have gone very nasty. Kudos to you for manning up to it.

Brodie I actually commend you for this, it would of been easy for you to cut the Vikki section but instead you owned it and used it as a lesson for you and us, I wonder if the negative commenters would have done the same or hid their perfect selves behind the keyboard?

The last time I saw beautiful blue water like that was when I cleaned my toilet and put a blue bleach tablet in the tank. I tried diving to the bottom but I'm not that good at holding my breath. You have it made brother! Take it slow!

Easy to forget that we as grommets handled big swell for fun whist surfing. Reading the sets reading the rips we do as standard, a heap different to those that didn t spend days at the beach.
