Only a few negatives:
1. No hybrid with XRT Pro. But i gues the eLSD and other stuff might require more engineerinh with the hybrid powertrain.
2. No 8 seater with the hybrid! C'mon
3. I dont like the front lightbar thing. Looks unnecessary.
4. More ground clearence would have been nice. 8. 4in isnt a massive amount tbh

It's a really nice surprise the V6 was retained, so this will stay (most likely in Kia Telluride form) on my shopping list when my current V6 Kia crossover exits stage left. It would have been great if the new V6 had seen increased power compared to the current one, instead of a slight decrease, but still a good thing.

While I find the Palisade appealing, I feel that Hyundai's design team is aping too much from Range Rover/Land Rover for their design elements. First the 2024 Santa Fe has too many Land Rover Defender elements to make me comfortable, now this Palisade is just an imitation of the Range Rover. Come on Hyundai, do better.

Hyundai/Genesis is a poor mans car. These are for people in debt who cannot get a loan from a mainstream Car Company. They will break down before it is paid for. The engines eat oil and all fluids leak within the engine. This is backed up by mechanic all the time. Nothing has changed buy the looks.

They needed to replace the V6. It is old school and loves oil. Otherwise it is less luxury than the current model, blocky outside and pretty dull inside. Feels more like an Explorer. Nice just Travis, just wish you talked a tad slower, you had a lot of great information.

Did I miss something or did you not mention what the engine attached to the hybrid is I assume it's the 1. 6 turbo and they're asking you guys to not speak about the displacement just like gm wants no one talking about the 2. 7s size in the silverado

the headlight/DRL setup is awful. the design works so much better in the rear as the taillights. i would wait a couple years for a mid cycle refresh to see if they improve that
the whole vehicle looks best in the XRT Pro trim though

I really love the current gen front design. Not a big fan of this update, but maybe it’ll be better in person. I would also like to see an extended version with a bit more storage, so it can compete with the expedition/taho

I like it, but hyundai should've increased the length more. This is their flagship SUV. Hyundai should have made the palisade the size of a Ford expedition. Missed opportunity.

I like it, it looks very evolutionary. I'm surprised they didn't go with the 1. 6t hybrid as the base powertrain but a larger 2. 5t as a performance upgrade.
