for those of us living in the northeast warming up is not an option during the winter. more then a few times i would start up run for 2 mins and then drive slowly under 3k for 4 miles to my destination and only then my car is warmed up in the last 1/2 to 1/4 mile.

I'd stay away from any new civic crv or accord with gdi. They are suffering from big problems with oil dilution, ac compressor failures and transmission problems(ones with cvt. Honda's reliability has gone way down in the last few years.

Serious question. Why might someone want a coupe over its sedan counterpart? I'm not trying to be dismissive or imply that there are no good reasons. This is not the beginning of an argument. I'm genuinely curious.

Thanks for explaining the engine issues. A lot of people are confused about it and jump on the hate train. The percentage of have the issue are so tiny.
