Mazda's latest crossover blends interior and exterior styling cues from their popular Mazda3 sedan and hatchback into a tweener form that slots between the CX-3 and CX-5 in overall size. With more room than the CX-3 in the back, a lower sticker price than the CX-5 and a best class interior, it's hard to go wrong with the new CX-30. T R: Again Mazda promises something and is late to deliver. They missed the boat with the diesel engine. I would pay extra for the skyactiv-x engine, but its STILL not here. I want a little bit of performance and good MPGs. For the top trim price of this, might as well just buy a lower trim Toyota RAV4 hybrid. Its not always about breaking even. Some people just would rather pay extra for a more torquey feeling engine. I think IF Mazda brings the skyactiv-X engine here, it will give all the other regular ICE cars a run for their money Despite all this talk of EVs, for many people it just doesnt fit their circumstances to buy an EV yet. ICE cars will be around for quite a bit longer, I think; so I applaud Mazda for trying something different. They just need to bring it here

I don't get the point of this when the other two exist. People always complain the CX3 is too small for its class. People complain the CX5 is too small for its class. So the CX30 would solve the CX3 complaints and a CX50 could resolve the CX5 complaints. It also needs the Skyactiv X or it is pointless to me.

Annnnnnnd another miss. May drive nice (ex CX-5) but exterior and interior leaves much to be desired compared to its competition at a more affordable price point.
