Good, But Good Enough? 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer

The 2021 Trailblazer isn't the Trailblazer you remember, and it doesn't really blaze any new trails, but that doesn't mean it's not worth a look. With a seriously low starting price of just 19, 000 before destination, and one of the largest interiors in the sub-compact segment, this Chevy is the very definition of bang for the buck. But does that mean you should get it or the close Buick cousin: the Encore GX? ERIC: In 5 years there will be the roadblazer, trailblazer, streetblazer, drivewayblazer, highwayblazer. Then there will be a GMC, Cadillac, Buick versions.

This nostalgic branding that you see kills two birds with one stone. On one side you get boomers and Gen X who don't know any better saying to themselves I used to have a Trailblazer it was nice. On the other side you have Millennials and Gen Z saying Oh my parents had a Trailblazer it was nice.
While not understanding that the Blazer/Trailblazer/Bronco etc is totally unrelated to the car they remember. GM and Ford are once again just the car brands for people who don't know any better.

typical General Mess slipshot design and quality. buy the extended warranty if you are foolish enough to buy this, because you are going to be using it often.
once again, they bought a Hyundai, 2018 Kona, and closely copied it.

LOOK LIKE A NISSAN JUKE! AWFUL UGLY 2 LOOK AT! 24 year old, Range Rover I own Oxford Blue with Chrome door handles! And Looks Better than a New Range Rover. Chevrolet shown here won't be seen anywhere on earth in 24 years.

Yet again I'll right: it's Chevy, hence no buy. Low quality wipes out every possible consumer benefir a new model might have. C'mon ppl, those are GM managers and they cannot live without fking everything up.

Wouldnt the new Kia seltos be the most direct competitor since they came out relatively the same time and have newer tech and safety features? Both can come with awd.

We have ford making a vehicle people actually want (body on frame bronco. Then you have Chevy releasing another unibody mall crawler that no one is excited for.

GM literally cut the old trail blazer in half. Including the engine. Great review, as always, but I don't see the sense in this vehicle.
