At nearly two-tonnes, and with four-wheel drive, the new Ferrari FF is not the ideal drifting machine. But the 651bhp V12 should help it do something spectacular. Steve Sutcliffe finds out if the least drift-worthy Ferrari ever will do big, smokey slides
Pascal: The SCM is magnetorheologic shocks (spelling. If going for a drift, you don't want the stiffest mode especially with an AWD car which u want more weight transfer to overcome traction. Anyway, the FF will become RWD on 5th gear. The real question is, -is there enough torque to drift at 5th gear? - lol It should be the opposite, 1-4 RWD, 5-7 AWD coz at high speed, you can drift by weight transfer. However, FF isn't build for drift. Date: 2022-04-17
