I like the way they display a GB plate on a crout produced car, its all this country can do is suck up to them, and yet when it comes to the world cup and England play Germany, suddenly we have a -grudge match- on our hands! when in reality this country is keeping the crout motor industry alive in their sheepish millions, baa baa.

Was going to buy an M3 then an M1 came up with only 6k on the clock. Drove it and bybthe time I had gone a mile I knew I was going to buy it. Just a brilliant car! The bonus is it will be a future classic but right now I am just enjoying driving it.

To me BMWs do not feel luxurious. The stiffness, noise, seats. It all the same as a VW or any other European shoebox half its cost. Most Japanese and American cars will give you a more pleasurable drive.

Excuse my ignorance but this isn't the same as the M135 is it? Quite confusing that they make both and call the M135 specifically that, instead of just M Coupe too.

They don't call it the m1 bc BMW already made a Beamer m1 back in the 80s and it was completely different from that. It was a full size sports coupe.

The reason why it's not called the M1 because of the previous M1 supercar BMW built. BMW just doesn't want to confuse this car with the older M1
