ASTON MARTIN, FERARRI, LAMBO, MERC - its a choice, a preference - i personally don't like Merc - i can't afford a Ferrari 458 and i don't like the shape of any of the MERC's and they all look the same, AND AGREE with this guy that SLS not as bespoke in terms of INTERIOR as the Aston Virage and the shape of the SLS is simply ugly (purely my opinion) Aston but like other models they have improvements to engine, interior body panels - i like the Aston hand build cars and there is something special about them and the sound of the V12 is fantastic - not as nice as Ferrari however cheaper car that sits between the DBS and DB9 In terms of power but more refined in handling and power than DB9 and more comfortable than the aggressive DBS - (thats good enough for me as i=m not a race car driver lol
I've had 2 Astons previously and about to buy the Virage - its not all about front line speed all the time, after all its not a sports car, its a GT its a combination of everything - style, handling, performance and individual liking - Each to their own iMO
and of course this guy is biassed - he was probably paid by aston martin lol

Aston Martins have never been performance stars, that's never been the point of an Aston. They'll give you enough power to get the job done but just don't expect to be wasting Ferraris on quarter mile dragstrips. But know that in an Aston, you have the pleasure of owning one of the most sophisticated and well-respected automobiles in the world.

I understand what you mean, but if someone doesn't want to have a car this showy doesn't go to tracks and want to have car just for driving fun in normal roads and actual commuting? If speed - SLS, if style and class - Aston and no competition in both cases.

lol it does have massive blind spots and the huge side view mirrors also get in the way of a good line of sight. The doors are also annoying to close. P. s. I don't own one but if I could afford it, I would buy it in a heartbeat.

I'm aston fan, there design is one of the best. But it pisses me off that they can't built a proper engine let stand challenging the germans. The germans understand the meaning of the word: autmobile. The brittish simply not

Correct choice
That merc is fooking ugly
And looks outdated
Like a old seagull.
That's survived a severe bombing in Berlin
Don't mention ze var
For this merc it's over
Another allie victory

the Aston looks really good, but he SLS just look more dramatic, I don't think that there is a right answer to which looks better, it just comes down to personal style. I would love to have either car!
reply

Well this was wrong. Sort of like my mate down the pub doing a review. The Virage's second hand price is a fraction of the SLS in 2020, sort of indicates where the cars lie.
reply

if you were just gonna do that then you should showed a picture of both and then said i like the aston cuz its british and saved 5 mins of my life lol
reply

There is no way that somebody would ever risk spending their money on a aston martin instead of buying a propper, nice working mercedes-benz.
