Lexus IS vs BMW 3 Series vs Audi A4 review Tommy: I see a lot of comments saying IS is the winner. I own an IS200t and I've driven 330i and the A4 2. 0t while car shopping. BMW really does win in handling compared to the rest by a lot in my opinion. The driving dynamic is really athletic and you can feel the tires and the ground the best. What makes IS the winner is the build quality, materials, and reliability. In person, BMW can't even compare to Lexus' craftsmanship, and at 100k miles, I can guarantee you that the Lexus would be a much healthier car than the BMW.

Quit your jobs: ') I love the term -real world- if you want a car that's fun to drive and you can go really fast down the road in, you don't buy any of these cars you buy a m3 or rs4 etc. these cars are built for real people who want a reliable, well built and comfortable car in that case if you buy a bmw or Audi ur bank account will drop as fast as there resale value: -) German cars are so unreliable no matter what anyone says, simply put, of these 3 cars buy the Lexus!

There German car reviews are super biased. What they don't tell you is that while the Audi and BMW are in the garage breaking down, the Lexus will happily drive for a million miles without issues. And that mouse pad is actually a stroke of genius, much faster than a scroll wheel once you're used to it. Makes sense though, the review is old and unlike us young people, we are tech savvy.

I rewarded my son who is attending the AF Academy for a Lexus IS 250. He initially wanted to get an Audi A4, but after done researching, we've decided that the Lexus is well worth spending the money on in the long term because of reliability. Even though the Lexus cost a few thousand more than the A4. Smart consumer will not go for the looks but what's worth for their money.

If you buy them new, with operational leasing, then BMW and Audi are better choices. If you change cars every 3 years then again both Germans are ahead. But if you buy a car to keep it for long and especially when you buy it second hand, Lexus is by far the most sensible choice.

Not only biased but inaccurate. The IS 300h does not employ a CVT gearbox but instead uses 3 sophisticated sets of electrical motors to assist the ICE during its torque challenged regions. & not a mechanical gear reduction arrangement atall.

As a owner of a car you want reliability. It's strange that no test takes that in consideration. Which of these cars is the most reliable? I would choose the Lexus of the three without hesitation.

In the shadow? Yeah, right. Audi and BMW sucks in terms of quality and reliability! My mind does not allow me to buy Audi or BMW, because they are money pits. Lexus is my next car!

You do realize that AutoExpress/AutoWeek? AutoShit bla bla AutoX is a german magazine? Of course german cars will always win tests. Their opinion is worth nothing.

when you ask an owner of a Lexus car he will tell you its the best. when you ask a BMW or an Audi owner always complain and thinking what will be his next car. its the truth.
