bough my 3rd jag and its the last. nice cars but built to NEED a jaguar dealership to do ANYTHING to it but then the service from 'approved' dealers I have used had been appalling ( 6 weeks in and been 'advised' following a breakdown that dealer found 4, 500. 00 of work needed but still guessed at why I broke down! The perfect dealer's car as they get the sale then the repeat business as it spends its life being repaired.

I have had two XF's, both 3ltr diesels and loved them both. The first was written off by a pillock on his phone, the second was traded in for my current XJ Portfolio. For my money the German offerings are not in the same league, but I might be a bit biased!

As someone who has owned an Audi, BMW, Mercedes and recently, a Jaguar, I can honestly tell you that the Jag is my favourite; the Merc and BMW were super unreliable, the Audi was beautifully engineered, but just lacked passion, as if it was made by cyborgs.

My E60 550i is still quicker than that jaguar, the F10 is even faster and the new G30 550i is faster than an F10 M5, how can you even compare that jaguar with a 5 series? Its more on the level of a 3 series and even then a 335i and 340i are way quicker still!

Not as nice as 2012 facelift, the full length bonnet looks so much better and my own personal thoughts are that the interior on the newer model lacks original quality. 2012 3. 0 diesel facelift model was the finest XF after launch in 2007

This looks like a Jag ad, the reality of owning an XF is a nightmare of electronic faults and constant restricted performance mode. I traded mine for a Lexus, best thing I ever did.

Great design spoiled by the quality of materials. There are hard plastics at the areas you touch, not something to be expected at this class that involves E, bimmer and a6.

Where is all the glorious Jaguar style heratige? From side on the xe and xf look similar to 10 year old Holdens. Cover the nose up and they look like any other car

interior looks shit compared to the new Merc E Class or the Audi A6. This car is just rubbish. Looks cheap looks nasty and certainly doesnt look premium at all

The only thing I liked about Jag is its looks, now that same basic look has been over 10 years. The S-type still looks better imo
