Downside for me in most modern cars are the windscreens and door pillars.
With sloping screens and thick door pillars vision is compromised, the car gets hotter in summer and more frost to clear in winter. Also big sloping windscreens are a pain to clean internally and at the speeds most people can drive at these days any aerodynamic savings are minimal.

One of the first statements he made was -it-s round 2, ALREADY! - with a surprised tone in his voice. Not exactly surprising considering the MK1 Leaf has had a 7 year life cycle! Why do I always get the impression mainstream car reviewers aren-t up to speed with electric vehicles. They-re definitely not up to speed with recording decent audio on their vids!

The battery has no active thermal management system. The last leaf had the same issue and suffered from premature battery degradation. There is a reason why Elon Musk uses active cooling systems for Tesla batteries.
