With NAPA alternators and starters, you only change them once. They'll last forever. NAPA costs the most. With brakes, you can get buy with cheaper brands. And if I can do it. Ya, well you have a complete professional shop. I have to half ass everything, floor jacks, jack stands, and wooden blocks for redundancy.

Eric, I use painter's tape to cover the rubber on the caliper pistons I can clean the piston faces with sandpaper and a wire brush. So far it hasn't effected the seal or the rubber itself. Do you have any thoughts on this? Am I doing anything wrong and going over the top with prep? Let me know. Thanks.

I don't think people who drive Ford Freestyles loudly whisper it excitedly with a flourish! I think they do whisper it, mainly mumble, with their eyes downcast, as if to admit, 'My credit got turned down for a Mustang, but they approved me for this, because they wanted it off the lot.

Freestyle. the little woman had a 2005 that refused to die. Even after the kids drove it for years in the suburbs--gas--brakes--gas--brakes. Hard life. Great little 3. 0 German motor. Lame CVT trans but it didn't break.

So crazy my front end driving along randomly I feel this seize up thing and the front end jumps randomly like something locking up just spent 936. 36 to have all the tie rods and CV joints replaced

Disclaimer before anyone tries to free up a caliper pin at home using this method be careful and easy with the heat. That caliper will turn from a vehicle braking device into a shotgun.

I wished Eric would have a video of a brake job that he lubed up so we can see how it is with the rust and other lube her used on a car, and see how it held up in the rust belt
