I should've watched this before taking of the whole caliper on a dodge 450. But in your case slide right of. I should've pushed pistons in because the pistons tore as I was prying away on the pad rivits. Costly mistake had to get a new assembly. I was just surprised the pistons on a dodge 450 are made of ceramic with a aluminum jacked. What are your thoughts? Think you should warn viewers before they go prying. Like I said in your case they slid right off. The ridge on the outside rotor hung me up.

Mr. O this video is a credit to you, I salute you. How lovely to find such a keen young lady to learn from you, you also make a fantastic mentor! Marie, you did an excellent job. Your enthusiasm, pace and respect of the car and the tools is a joy to watch. May you continue in your learning and success stories for many, many years. And remember even you can teach an old dog some new tricks (One day!

She did a great job you however did not, ie no safety glasses when she was buffing pad bracket, and putting pads in without lube even though you have SS hardware should have slight pad slide lube. Steel backing plates do rust and seize in holder with those SS slide hardware seen this many times. I understand the grease behind the hardware to keep rust from forming.

maybe she has the mechanic's blood in her blood, how does that saying go, give a person a fish and feed them for a day, show them how to fish and feed them for a lifetime, plus she looks like she is eager to learn, I don't see that kind of enthusiasm these days in young people, thumbs up

Maybe you could have told her to first loosen then bolts well first with the racket and then use the air racket to finish taking them off for speed but maybe the way she did it, using the racket all the way was good. hmm, I don't know.
