As I carry on the repairs on this Subaru Outback I bring you along as I remove the coil packs and install a new set of NGK spark plugs. Deeper: One of my dads friends always says Dont let your Meat Loaf! Im enjoying the Subaru videos man, Im basically rebuilding a 99 forester, everything I touch breaks. and Im in Tennessee. probably snows once a year. That rear suspension bolt has me a little worried now! Im dealing with broken front spindles right now, cracking where the ball joints go in.

Just wondering if you gaped the iridium plugs off camera or not at all. The last set I bough I was told that I was NOT to check the plug gap as it does something to the plug tip and screws it up. and if you break it you brought it. Let me know

Subaru spark plugs. A piece of fuel hose on the end of the plug. Enough flexibility to bend and get the plug in. Enough rigidity to manually thread the plug in the block. Enough sliptivity ( made that word up) to pull easily of the plug.

I thought the reason to spend 14 a plug was so you didn't have to worry about changing till 100k? This could be one of those asmr videos that help you sleep with all the whispering, but it usually has a girl in lingerie somewhere!

I really wish that I could work for you! You seem like such a nice guy and you are always willing to help out and teach your employees. If only I didn't live 4 and a half hours away!

You have two people still watching; me and my wife, who thinks youre hysterical. Probably because she has laughed at my warped sense of humor for the last 42 years and can relate.

Gday Eric what a lot of mucking around just to change the spark plugs, great engineering I would never buy one! But its good you showing this it gives you fair warning. Regards John

Remember the days when you could pop the hood, pop off the boots, a 5/8 inch socket, short extension and ratchet, 20 minutes later you were done. Jeez. I miss those days.
