I think Astro Tools should use Astro the dog from the Jetson's as their mascot. They should have him holding one of their tools while walking on Astro Turf. That would be Astro nomically terrific. He could even read the future of Astro Tools from his astro logy chart. Or, maybe report on an Astro Tool as an Astro naut while on board the ISS. Maybe he could wear a lab coat while working with his Astro lab.
Okay, I'm done. The corn has gotten way too tall, even for me. Can't wait to see you use the new, improved BIG NASTIER.

This looks like a 5X rivet gun. It's only slightly shorter than the 7X, the top dawg. I have the CP717 version of it. For the longest time, I couldn't figure out why it's lacking power. Until I took off the quick chuck. Regular bits are a bit short and bottoms out on the chuck. I changed it to the shorter spring chuck. Now it will break up the concrete street.

I worked in the aircraft industry for over 35 years. I always used a rivet gun for any hammering I had to do. I hate seeing someone swinging a hammer when the job could be so easily done with a rivet gun and the proper set.

I under stand how it would be nice to just hang it on the wall for display but that's what is made for, it's made to get nasty make a whole lot of noise and get the job done when no other tool can!

I have astro 4980 i Love it i also use it to for alot i also to live in rust in good old wisconsin my favorite tool to use it hasnt let me down yet
