Mat gets behind the wheel of the Mercedes C-Class Coupe to give you his verdict on this BMW 4 Series and Lexus RC rival TMBridge123: after driving an A-Class A200d 2016 for 2 years and hating it with a passion. i've just been given a 2018 C Class Coupe by the service centre. i think having the A-Class has put me right off mercedes. the drive is very similar in the coupe, and holding the same steering wheel just makes me feel i'm back in my crap sluggish, fake feel (driving experience) A Class. not enough of a wow factor for me to get the C-Class coupe. looks nice but i prefer the more driver engaging driving experience of an audi and BMW.

You were wrong about the boot, it's equipped with the keyless go package and boot lid functionalities are different, you can open or close the boot by waving your foot under the boot with the key in your pocket, you will know if your Mercedes has this by seeing the automatic buttons on the top of the interior of the boot (this one has it) all you have to do is wave your foot under the boot to open and do it again to close. :)

So I have a 2017 BMW 4 series convertible but I'm having a repair done which will take a week, and my insurance company have given me the equivalent Mercedes C class coupe as my courtesy car, which is obviously great! So I'm testing it out for free and can make informed comparisons. I am starting to know for sure though that my BMW is a little better, more sleek, although this Merc certainly turns heads more!

So I walk up to my new focus st and completely forget what this video is all about.
6 Speed manual, and the kind of manual that makes you a ear to ear smile. Mercedes, BMW, VW. its all the past and fading!
And the Ecoboost 2. 3 with a twin scroll turbo and anti lag system. You dust all these diesel mercedes and bmw and their owners cry inside cause not even in sport mode they cant do anything.

Really? A Coupe has a smaller boot and less rear back seating room than a saloon! No, how disappointing and surprising! Great to know my water bottle will be safely accommodated - this is critical and at at the top of the list on my car buying criteria. Your audience aren-t all in their early teens. We need some meaningful and insightful journalism - for adults. Poor show.

1. NEVER own a German car past the expiration of the warranty. You'll be sorry. This is the reason you don't see, 2nd or 3rd generation Mercedes on the road. under their own power.
2. Whats the difference between a German car and a porcupine? With the German car, the prick is on the inside. lol

Okay so I bought a c220d 18 plate and I'm burning roughly around 25mpg on average and best case scenario 29mpg in city on comfort mode, can anyone tell me whether that's how much it's supposed to burn? Btw, I don't blast it. Took it to Mercedes dealership and they could not find any faults with it!

I love my 2018 C class coupe. One issue I'm having is with Burmester radio. I place it in full surround mode and it won't stay at that setting. It switches the speakers back to front mode. Supposedly Mercedes is to send out a software update.

Matt please read this:
Mercedes put a classic signature on the windows as a clever business tactic so that if a window needs replacing or repairing the signature is a way of encouraging people to use genuine parts.
