I wanted to like this. In the market for a new shiny wagon but I doubt this vw will do 200kmiles effortless miles like mine, But Honestly I just hate modern VW's now they reak cheapness. That engine sounds pants. And it will have useless reliability being a modern VAG like everyone I work on or family owned. I choose Toy/Lexus every time for my other vehicles, mainly because unlike the vw the engine management light doesn't come on 3 times in a 1year old car. Those reliability surveys don't lie. -

Comparing the Arteon to a 3-series BMW is rediculous. The 3-series is much smaller. It's a different class. It's like saying -yeah Arteon is good, but the Golf R is better- True, but the Golf R does not offer so much space. And the 3-series BMW nor the Golf R offer the LOOKS of the Arteon either. So there you go. I'd take it over the 3-series, the golf and the C300 Coupe any day of the week.

Vw Have a crap ecu map and dsg gear box mapping. BMW is night and day better. It-s not the horse power but how it is delivered. VW are rubbish at making drivable cars, might be okay in a straight line but in town, on motorway simply terrible

I'm hoping mat mentions the Kia stinger the same amount of times in this video as he did the stinger video. As for that interior it looks so cheaply made.

Nice looking car (I actually bought the first gen Passat CC just for its looks many years ago - took it back after a year) but typical cheap looking interior from VW which lets it down, shame as it is a good looking estate

A shooting break has two doors and a hatch back not 4 doors. So it's just an ordinary every day estate car or wagon in the US. Let's call it a space ship instead as it has more in common with that.

The car from the front is beautiful, the back ok but on the side. it looks like a stretched sedan with a rear part that doesn't belong to it. definitely not a fan of the side view

Anything is better than a BMW! BMW's seem to have very complicated indicators, they must be because BMW drivers don't seem to be able to figure out how to use them -

2k more than an M340i estate (which offers 2 more cylinders, 50 more hp and 80Nm more torque? That's a pretty good way of not selling a lot of this model.
