Check out Arrma RC - Thanks to Red Bull Racing for joining us - -Red Bull Racing Honda The Red Bull Racing F1 car is BACK, and it-s facing one of its toughest opponents yet- An RC car! Now we know what you-re thinking - surely an RC car can-t beat an F1 car! After all, this is no ordinary F1 car - it-s the F1 Championship-winning RB7, which is powered by a 2. 4-litre naturally-aspirated V8 that can deliver 750hp & weighs in at just 650kg! Think that-s light? Well naturally, the RC car is SO much lighter! What-s more, it-s also a fair bit cheaper too, costing just -1, 400 all-in-all to get it drag race-ready. Of course, they-re not the only competitors here though. We also have a Honda NSX, which is powered by a 3-litre twin-turbo V6 along with two electric motors, which combine to put down 581hp & 645Nm. It-s a whole load heavier than these two, though, weighing in at 1, 760kg. So what do you think - does the pocket rocket have what it takes?

beat an F1 on 8s power! now put a 12s 2 mamba xlx esc and motors and beat a real dragster haha. all jokes aside that was impressive! i have an Arrma typhon 6s that i am slowly building to do 190mph+. it is a lot of fun expensive yeaaa but very cheap if you compare it to the real thing. plus i learned so many stuff and always learning and improve. these Rc cars can pump you with so much adrenaline like the real thing. and they become an addiction.
ps this sport / hobby is meant to be enjoyed with mates alone it gets boring after a while.

Not mental-- INSANE. Bravo to the guy controlling the RC car. As someone who has done this many many times in moving car you have to physically overcome the G forces of the car your in which can mess with controlling the RC car because the throttle is a trigger and if you blip the throttle too much etc it could go bad. I seen his build and if he put a OBNOXIOUS motor he would of went A LOT faster.

I'd never have believed it. Normally the tiny size of the wheels alone would be enough to defeat a car that small. In its favour I suppose are being extremely low slung / low drag & extreme light weight. I thought maybe on the 2nd run its batteries would've been exhausted, but it still destroyed the others on run 3. Amazing!

One of the most awesome 13 minutes of my life. I love Red Bull. Sharing the cars they have for stuff like this really show that Red Bull understand the audience. This is so unique, and what makes it better, is the fact both the RC car and the F1 car had wins.

I think it's insanely impressive that an f1 car weighing nearly a ton only loses by a second to that rc car. RC car is cool, but that f1 car also has a bunch of regulations built in. They are insane pieces of engineering.

David Coulthard is a fkin legend for doing this stuff. That RC car would have kicked arse if the road surface was the same scale. Those ripples must be like a ploughed field to that thing

When i first saw the rc car at the start of the video i was like lol that thing is never gonna win but then when I saw the rc car won i was like NO WAY THIS VIDEO IS CLICK BAIT lol

Can we simply enjoy the fact that David Coulthard is up for anything? I like his desire to just push F1 vehicles outside of traditional racing courses. An enthusiastic thumbs up.

Nevera: Aaaah yes. finally a worthy competitor.
Still the Nevera did 8. 62. 0. 02secs less than a flat out 8. 6. so maybe the rc will win(lmao I'm saying this ---)
