Soft Limiters should be banned for safety reasons. Where I live there are lots of boy racers in their new soft limited cars, and as they can't rev their engine out standing still like they used to, they now want to take off from city traffic lights to 60mph+ to get the same noise potentially crashing or killing someone to death. Safety regulations should be way more important than noise regulations!

I can't tell either car distances from my angle are unpossible. Speaking of brakes i have this idea to buy brand new disks if you have old ones or get brand new car and regulate brake fluid around the line mark they had that option about engine cleaning at the car wash so I did that often and for limited period of time your car runs smoother

Hi Mat,
Great video again! Would be nice to mention the best 1/4 mile times of the stock cars carwow measured at the start of the video and then race the tuned versions. This way we could see whether the tune was worth the investment.
Gaining a 0. 1 sec or 1 sec improvement is quiete relevant I suppose?

Hi Mat i love your content. however i am so over Audi most test i see has a Audi in it. I would like to see cars like Alfa, Jaguar, Ford, VW etc. please lets give Audi a rest for now. We are now having Tuned Audi's and i feel there is a lot if other untested cars. I still love you Mat you are awesome

What an absolute shame that the RS3 tune was 93/98 octane verse an E85 tune. Late 10 s would have been the result. Dubious that the petrol tune claims 730nm of torque when most petrol tunes are around mid-600 s. If it did have 730nm of torque it would certainly be running better than mid-11 s

Why not using a PerformnceBox when brake test, this way the car is set on the speed that you want, maybe the brake distance is not that precise with CM but yeah, you get the point: ) this also helps on drag race so jumping start is avoided

That RS3 has not 550bhp.
I had RS3 with 520bhp, and I was able to do 10. 8 - 11. 0 1/4mile time.
His grile should be open to allow this intercooler to work. Probably car has high IATs and reducing power.

The R8 won all the races including the brake test. He was screwing around on that one race he supposedly lost. There is no way the R8 would lose that race under normal circumstances.

It would be really nice if every drive can choose their own gears when comes to in gear roll race cuz i saw many times being in 3. gear for 50 mph giving disadvantage to some cars
