A Tesla Model S wigged out trying to pull in front of me from the carpool lane to the fast lane on the freeway. It was rapidly moving left and right over the lines until I realized what was happening and slowed down. It then merged and proceeded to accelerate to what looked like 100 MPH and was gone in a few seconds

the thing is. Once an electric car catches on fire you essentially have to let it just burn out, because if you put it out it will just reignite. A gas car doesn't have that problem.

I'm curious how much companies are paying to have their cars and trucks tested. Can't do three tests to the same car so you'd have to use multiple vehicles.
