I Finally Got My Hands on the Ford Bronco Robert: Our neighbor had one of the small Broncos with the V-8. The outside te of was twenty below after a snowstorm, and he decided to blast down the road, busting thru snowbanks. He hit one about three feet tall, and the vehicle went end over end over the snowbanks. At that temp, the snowbanks was frozen solid.

I own a 96 Ford Bronco. Love it. I just passed 240k miles yesterday while only my way back from a camping trip, 400 miles round trip. Runs like a top. No drips/leaks. :)

I have 230, 000 miles on mine. Never rebuilt engine or trans. Shifts great, runs quiet and smooth, ice cold air. I use Castrol full synthetic every 4000 miles. it even has the original pain job and looks great. I wax it twice a month. lol. I am a little OCD. Lol. I am in Michigan too.

You'll be surprised how my dads work truck is still running. 1995 F-150 Inline 6, Paint is in good condition for 250, 000 miles and turns on every day ready for work. The suspension feels safer than new cars. The truck loves curves and eats bumps on the highways.

And, in addition to knowing how to chrome plate metal, Ford knew how to keep their blue oval logos from fading clear off. Ford really should offer free replacements because those faded logos look BAD!

I had a new 1987 Bronco II. It was 4 wheel drive 2. 9L and was a great vehicle. I drove it for14 years till it succumbed to tin termites. Wished I could find a restored one. Loved that Broco II

I also believe that this 89 model only has 40 k miles because if you think about it, how much is the average commute from barn home to tractor every day? 300 yards / day?

There's an original 1987 Ford Bronco for sale by me with only 25k miles on it, collector condition. the thing is completely spotless. They want 55k for it.
