Well, if you want a truck to just trailer the Lambo, I'd say just drive the Lambo and eat the loss and have fun Look you are an accountant, run the numbers. The amount you spend on a truck and trailer will be about the same as the depreciation of the Lambo. ish; and you will be driving a truck. not so fun and not so much entertaining for us. If you see it the other way James, a Jeep can't really tow more than a tent trailer, so you need a truck. The no brainer is the Ram 1500 EcoDiesel on fuel economy alone. Honestly, save your money for your next supercar(s) and NEVER sell that Lambo and take that cross country trip in it

Dude, I live in Utah too. I own a Tundra. It's great, but if you really want an adventure vehicle, go with the Wrangler or look into an FJ Cruiser. The Raptor will be capable, but there are tons of narrow jeep-trails in Utah, Colorado, etc. where a full size pickup will be a hindrance. I know from experience after donating a nice red paint job to Flint Trail Switchbacks in southern Utah. Toyota stopped making the FJ in 2014. A Wrangler may be slightly more capable in really technical stuff. The FJ will be slightly more refined and has the Toyota reputation for reliability.

Honestly get the same exact explorer your buddy has but in 5. 0 v8. Reason why is they're1. tow capable up to like 6. 5k lbs (assured to tow a lambo)2. they get the same exact mpg as a wrangler, not too bad for a 5. 03. super cheap from 1k-6k dependiing on condition4. lastly its such a low key vehicle, imagine the looks you'll getusing it as a tow rig for ur gallarado? not to mention pricey, but you can do a prerunner/overlander buildi own one never had any probs with it, with the exception of the timing belt (currently at 100, 433 miles): )

I'd recommend a Jeep WJ. These have the solid front axle so no need to spend more money to upgrade the Jeep to do some good offroading. The V8 will tow the Lambo no problem. A truck would be nice too, but you don't seem to have a need for a bed on a truck, unless you are going to convert it to a camper type thing to sleep in. Love your vids man, keep it up.

I have both a lifted Jeep Wrangler and a lifted Toyota Tacoma. Jeeps are very underpowered because they are meant for more off roading and rock crawling. If you want more power for the overall daily use on the road and part off-road, buy a truck- it can haul all your stuff and the jeep's back seats are the worst.

Buy a first generation Porsche Cayman. They are around 20-30 K. Lots of baggage space, economic to use, reliable and you will keep having a sports car. It has a classical look that never gets old. This way you will not be the only guy that doesn't have a sports on sports car events too.

a car hauler would be pretty cool. if i was traveling all over like you i would look for something like a crew cab with an enclosed bed. personally i have a restomod 55 chevy pickup and a trailer. but id prefer to drive something more compact and hides whats inside if i travel as much as you do.

get a 4 runner and then get a rack for it. then you can slowly turn it into an overlander, which a lot of us will love. ditch the lambo rack because it's not going to make sense anymore. it's ok. keep it in your garage and then use it when you feel like it. SUCTION CUPS.
