People who buy the GT's aren't hoping to make money from the content they could put out, they buy it because they appreciate the car and history of the GT. I think just looking at it from a money making standpoint already shows you shouldn't have gotten one even if you had kept your application open.

#savethev8 In your particular case go for immediate roi (return on investment) that style house with land for a detached garage. Even better, through together a warehouse apartment. That price is nuts for warehouse space. Buy an old warehouse
