My family came from Chur and Davos Graubunden! I hope someday to see Switzerland also I have family in Norway but its a different country. Someday I hope to travel They came to San Francisco in the early 1900s. My Swiss Grandpa spoke 7 languages and served in both Swiss and American army. He was a draftsman and an amazing man. I believe Davos Rosa is where my grandma came from. Most of my family passed away but Ill never forget what they showed me on the map and just being a good hard working person. The Swiss are really amazing people and very intelligent

I've done this route in Train Sim World 2! This is what I expect the graphics to look like in this series in, oh, 10 years from now. (Only because TSW2's graphics are, like, 5 years backwards. I can totally recognise most of the features of this route already)

What a person from UK notices is how beautifully clean Switzerland is; hard to find litter and everything looks so well looked after. It is a shame that even in this wonderful country there are places where small minded vandals desecrate areas with spray paint.

How does the engineer (driver) know where all the speed changes happen?
I've only seen a few 30kmh signs next to bridges, but none at either entrance or exit of stations, and nit even the increase to 35 is announced

Great video, but do I get this right: we are in a right-driving country and sometimes road traffic must pass an opposite-running train on the road from the left?
Do people (tourists at least) often crash with trains in Chur?

The shot at 17: 00 is my favourite in all your cabride videos so far. Just that one shot sums up the engineering audacity and know-how of Swiss Railway building. Fantastic stuff!

So many bridges and tunnels, on the very edge of mountains. I bet the swiss have had lots of practice and necessity, and therefore are most excellent structural engineers.

We did this journey in 1987 mid summer. Spectacular. We were based at Arosa and went walking every day.
