This is the continuation of the Early morning train to Mjlfjell We change direction at Mjlfjell and drive the commuter back to Voss and Bergen and parking it outside the maintenance building at track 26. You can clearly see the river going way over the banks and flooding the surroundings between Bulken and Evanger. The massive tunnel between Evanger and Dale never ceases to astonish me. I think the number of little white lights in the tunnel would keep a single factory in business. :D I wonder how many bulbs can be changed before a train comes through? (I'm having way too much fun with that mysterious tunnel filled with niches and lights and what look like electric and maybe ventilation equipment.

Wow, that river is up alright. And what a gorgeous area going past it. I just learned a couple of days ago that VOSS water is from Norway. Now I must find and purchase a bottle of it. even though it's overpriced and packaged in plastic. :D It's the closest I will get to tasting the water I see on the videos.

My Great Grandfather was a fireman on the New York Central Railroad for 40 years, from wood, to coal, to diesel. As a member of his family I was able to ride for free anywhere the line went. I have always loved trains, and this is a particularly beautiful ride. Thank you so much!

Those tunnel walls look scary. Is there a possibility that the moving trains's vibration will cause a stone chip to dislodge and hit a high speed train? Guess the engineers would have thought about it. Still looks scary ASF. Awesome content BTW! Thanks.

I've made part of this trip (VossBergen v. v) last august, i made it with the older? 'tank-like' train which you can see at the righthandside when entering Voss stasjon: ) Loads of tunnels to watch on this part of the trip for NOK. 420, 00: D

I have a question. I have noticed there are some tunnels lined with lights that seem to be in middle of no where. you know like street light except there's no street nothing and the lights are down low so can't really light up the tunnel

I know it's morning but I'm watching at night. I just love your videos. I feel as though I am thereon the train with you and the whole show helps with my depression. Maybe doctors should have your train journeys on prescription!

One more question friend, when is the new tunnel going to be in service between Arna and Bergen? It has been nice watching its progress over the course of your videos.

A tech. question. Do either the El 18s or the Flirts have a backup generator or reserve batteries to allow movement or heating if the mainline power went down?

There seem to be a lot of stops that don't seem to be near anywhere. Are there a lot of farms in the area or is it just that the stops are not near the town?
