I went backpacking many, many years ago and when in Norway, I took the late night train from Oslo to Bergen. I was snoozing when I woke up because the train was slowing down. I looked out the window at this incredible view. I had no idea where we were until we pulled into Myrdal station. I fell in love with Myrdal and the area ever since. Unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to go back but hope that this can happen in the future.

These mountains remind me of the mountains in Bulgaria, especially Stara Planina (Old Mountain) or so called Balkan. They are magnificient.
