On leaving my hotel, I was confronted by a motor rickshaw driver who was determined I needed a ride somewhere, anywhere, gem store, art shop, etc. In the end he won and I jumped in to spend an interesting couple of hours watching trains around Jaipur. My thanks go to this guy for the time I spent with him touring Jaipur's lesser known sights. I hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed filming it. The last shot was taken in Delhi

Tim: sorry for not contacting you lately. Watched two videos today. Both awesome and educating. Switzerland and India. Both superbly done.
I hope things are going well for you and yours.
May God's blessings pour on you. Thanks again for the video. I get so much out of it.
I continue to be your friend.

I traveled from New Delhi to Ajmer and then back all the way to Calcutta by train in 1997. I rode a local train from Calcutta to Darjeeling and back again also.
It was a wonderful experience.

Nice video, I like the BGKT WDP-4D with an express train entering Jaipur station. BTW, I hope you have had the necessary permission to shoot train videos.

For 6 months I used to walk daily on this very F. O. B to get to the other side toward Kahtipura Road. Thanks for bringing back those scenes again.

India is still fascinating. Do you know why all Indian train passenger cars have barred windows (maybe except for one emergency exit?

I think the last shot is from Delhi. The Ring railway to be precise. Jaipur doesn't have railway electrification as of now.
