Hi there, I do triathlons long distance. What do you eat on your long bike rides. Do you use gels or let me guess, bananas. Been a meat eater all my life but now trying to get on to raw food. Feel empty just on fruit an' veg at moment.

How are your teeth? Bananas are known to cause cavities. And there are evidence that raw food dieters like fruitarians have more dental health issues like cavities.
