McDonalds is extremely open about the fact that only a small amount of their proceeds to charity, so there's nothing wrong with that. Also, I worked at McDonalds for 3 years and it was the cleanest place I've ever seen. They may be serving crappy food (which everyone knows by the way, but the two stores I worked in were meticulously clean, strict about cleanliness to the point of firing people if they broke the rules to do with it, had perfect health inspections results and their food cannot be sold if it was made more than 8 minutes ago. There was never any dropped food being sold either. I don't even like it, their food is bland, but you're flat out lying if you're saying it's unsanitary. This was Sydney by the way.

Yes, like you said the reason its so cheap is that the government funds beef farms very heavily. And unfortunately change will be very hard. This is because beef is a big part to our economy, take away the payments made to the farms and you make a McDonalds cheese burger 17 dollars. We have tried in the past to tell people the causes of eating red meats through the legal system. But farms pressured into taking that away from public reach. Which is why were stuck into people getting meat for cheap. And that makes it impossible for change or well fall apart. So for the vegans out there. sorry but meat isnt here to stay

As someone who would consider being vegan, your really not helping me have a positive view on the vegan life, instead I feel targeted with unnecessary rude comments. Ive completely cut out cow meat though
