Morbidly obese exercise inspiration Jon: Great post freelee. Not once did she pat her terrifically taught tummy (for all you jealous nay sayers out there) All she did on this video was instantly relay her account of a guy who was doing what so many claim that they 'CANT'. The purpose being not to 'big note' herself, but to praise that big guy who was taking action to effect change.
Just stop and think. Is it just a coincidence that the words 'Motion' and 'Emotion' are so similar? Of course not. One needs the other in order to survive. If we feel a powerful 'emotion' about something it's not hard to take action or get into 'motion' to right a wrong or set a problem straight, so why not recognise that when we exercise, our feelings of wellbeing become elevated too.
keep up the inspirational stuff banana girl. 'hooroo'.

It's awesome to hear fit people encourage those of us who are heavy! Where I live, I bike myself, and it is a struggle, but I love how good I feel, how quickly I can build endurance, and breathe better. My day was made when a gal like yourself, a hard-core biker, went whizzing past me, but told me how proud she was of me. I started crying, it felt so validating. I have been a life long food addict, and at this point, I merely try to take it once a day, and simply enjoy the journey. Thanks. :)

Wow! This is exactly what I needed! I've been feeling down about myself lately not because I hate myself for being 100lbs over weight but because I just can't seem to get myself in the mood to do anything about it and I can feel how my body has no energy to do things. I dunno but something about your energy and how you cheered on that guy on the bike has got me totally inspired, gonna have to watch more of your video's and get myself out there! Thanks! :)

Hey, I have a Trek hybrid. Basically I went into a few bike shops until I felt comfortable, and then asked them what they thought would be good. Biking is good exercise so they have lots of overweight or fat people come in for bikes. I left one shop because I didn't feel comfortable, always feel free to leave if they're not treating you with respect! The biggest thing is to keep your tires full of air. The bike itself is secondary. : ) Good luck!

I could be wrong but I believe if you have the back set on 11 teeth, with the front chain ring for every number of teeth you have you can go the distance speed of that many miles an hour. So the back is 11 teeth, then 30 teeth front would give you a distance speed of 30 miles per an hour, 50 teeth is 50mph. I think if you go your fastest speed you can go 50% faster. Fastest speed 30 teeth then 45mph, 50 teeth 75mph.

What are the specs on your bike? What did you look for when you got your favorite bike? What does it weigh? Is your favorite bike 15 pounds? Is it 100% carbon with 11 teeth cassette and 53 or higher chain ring? Is your favorite bike the Giant you have? I'm trying to figure out what the best bike to get for the price is and I'm looking for the best features for this bike.

Hey, you're a babe! Great advice. I, being legally blind, decided I'm not going to sit at home feeling sorry for myself any longer. I pulled my bike out of the shed and began riding again. for health, and for transportation purposes. I can now ride 25km in about 1. 5 hours in very hot weather of the Deep south of the USA. I've lost 35kg in 3 months.

Very sorry to hear about that. You've probably heard this before, but that behaviour says so much more about their problems than yours. It's a pathetic way to treat a complete stranger. You have every right to be out there on your bike, & people have no right to speak to you in that way. Hope this helps, good luck getting back on the road.

How much money do you make and how much money do you have accumulated? How many lives have you saved and how will you help with the world's future Freelee? Do you own lots of good stories and lots of assets. Do you feel you've attained true success in all areas of life and have you completely found yourself?

Have you bought your own house yet, or how many houses do you own? This video alone you've gotten 11, 000 views so you must be extremely rich. With even just 3000 a month of income you'd be incredibly rich so I'm sure you've done well with your money and saved millions of lives.
