Day 13: Natural teeth whitening at home (it works) & my daily teeth routine Raluca-MIhaela: question, i know this video is from way back. but now i'm starting a more raw vegan diet, mostly vegan (although sometimes i include some cheese because that is my drug of choice. is not that i have something against people eating meat. its just that i get sick when im eating it. But enough about that. What i notest seance i'm eating like this. is that my gums dont feel well. and my teeth are super sensitive, they hurt like crazy. What do i do wrong?
P. S. I have to say, i come from a part of my country that is known for its dairy produce (thats why i like cheese and yoghurt so much and i cant give them up, my body is screaming for them, i grow up on dairy products, i feel that that is the problem, the calcium restriction. And this is not a life style a chose to have. it chose me.

Hey Freelee, I love your videos. I was raised a vegetarian and now I'm starting to be a vegan. You are really encouraging and I'm hoping to start a positive change in my life.
You are so strong to keep on putting videos on youtube when there are so many unimformed haters on here! I'm trying to just listen to my body and what makes me feel healthy instead of forcing myself to eat unhealthy products for the sake of pleasing my parents' concerns.
The couple of things hard about being vegan will be replacing my products. I'm a teenager and naturally I have acne so I'll have to try Pacifica or vegan cosmetics/hygeine. Do you take vegan suplements? I'm worried about Omega O3 and B12. What about clothes? I would prefer to buy vegan clothes, but I don't think that will be easy: /

It's really true that natural fruit when you chew on it the pure of fruit water will clean your teeth and keeps your gums health, the only problems when teeth are cavity is when you eat together with fat and salt( any types of salt even pink Malaysian/sea salt)just the natural salt in celery or some salt veggies! I read that in the book by dr d. gramham 80/10/10 diet. He's the best and knowledgeable out there that I thinks no dr. could surpass him. BTW Freelee is not delusional she's indeed sane! ok!

Just for fun, I thought I would mention that my grandfather brushed his teeth with Ajax cleanser. He did it to save money for a dentist cleaning. He never had to go to the dentist, had the whitest teeth, and he lived into his nineties. I'm sticking with the baking soda.

Been vegetarian 2 years. Vegan 1 year. Now getting a root canal treatment. I know the low carb diet is problematic in terms of health, but shit, when I was doing it at least I had 0 cavities! Zero! I am NOT going to eat as much sugar anymore.

I don't know whether a of the stuff you're saying in this video is true, but I have experienced: dehydration => crappie body + terrible mood + tooth pain
(So I agree with you on that, freelee; ) )

I watched a video about the making of toothbrushes. Yes, they did originally use pig hairs back in the day---but today its nylon Sweetheart! Might want to update that piece of information!

I am experimenting brushing with activated charcoal, and am having success. I do combine it with the banana peel method as well. Any advice if you have a developing cavity?
