Hey Freelee, I have Lupus and at the moment I'm having a not so friendly flare up. If you don't know what Lupus is, well basically my body is allergic to its self and creates anitbodies to kill off my healthy cells and organs, so really my body is trying to kill itself. I'm mostly rawtill4 but with money problems I usually end up being rawtillnoon. So I wanted to know what cooked foods have the least trouble digesting. or if anyone else has any ideas it'd be really helpful.

I'll definitely be there, it will be great just to meet Harley and Freelee and thank them for all their great advice. My only concern is, what if say 200 of us want to hang out together at a vegan restaurant. imagine that crowd turning up at Giva's. you are lucky to fit eight people in there. I guess people will form natural connections and head off to different restaurants with their group each night. or something. Can't wait anyway.

The Raw till 4 Thai festival is going to be absolutely AWESOME: -) Me and my partner was so hoping to make it but will be unable to make it to this year's but we are DEFINITELY going next year, really excited for everyone who can make it: -) You guy's will all have such a blast: -) XXXXX

Sawat dii khrup and kawp khun khrup. Food in LOS is the best! Khao San Road has vegan restaurants too. I have moved away from your eating style in recent years but my hat's off to what you're doing!

Freelee what are you thoughts on diabetics on the high carb raw vegan diet? Should they be conscious of how much fruit they take in? Will they be spiking their blood sugar to much? Big fan by the way. :)
