I was watching videos of andrew perlot and fit on raw and they both said they gained a significant amount of fat from eating too much fruit. I just started the raw till 4 diet and I'm terrified this will happen to me because I'm recovering from anorexia and bulimia but I am at a healthy weight right now. Please help! I keep getting mixed information!

Great video, freelee. It's so important for people to see that it is possible to go to normal places and get food. Being vegan isn't some impossible task - it takes some thought and planning, yes.

The little one seemed to have a lot of fun. I didn't get the impression she was unhappy. I'd just go with her more frequently so she can re-learn to socialize with other dogs. Looked great!

Freelee you have inspired me to give this lifestlye another go knowing i can still have food like a vegan burrito or cooked pasta vegan pizza makes it alot more realistic
