5 reasons I LOVE cooked food! + Vegan cakes & biscuits justmecourtney: is there a recipe to that rice soup? it looks amazing! also have any advice for a beginner that tried RT4 once for about a week but didnt get in enough calories due to not enjoying fruits that much (i am more of a savory foods person) and not knowing some quick & different dinners/lunches to make. i guess on a basic day as a meat eater i would have eggs, bacon, & toast for breakfast, turkey & provolone sandwhich/cheeseburger for lunch, and some sort of meat & carb/grilled veggie, and chips or sweets for snacks. so maybe someone could tell me some savory dishes i would enjoy just as much or even more vegen/raw vegan? on a fitness note, i have severe scoliosis & arthrogryposis (and a number of other stuff including a lung problem) that makes it near to impossible to excersise at all. i have a really hard time even waking more than 20 minutes. i stopped going to physical therapy because certain things about it where giving me anxiety and making me feel bad. i was thinking and please correct me if im wrong, but wouldnt losing weight make working to strenghten my body easier with such less weight to carry around? i mean all that weight on my fragile back and my weak legs, it makes sense? on one more subject, like i said breifly, i have bad anxiety and panic attacks. part of my socail anxiety is my weight and physical problems. so i think if i could acheive this lifestyle, my life would improve in ways i couldnr even dream of. so if freelee sees this i would love some tips or even a video on savory raw day of eating for those who arent big on sweet things (but i do love the occasional banana, grapes, and apples) or just to some fans of hers that know their shit, i would love some help! thnx

I want a t shirt like yours, freelee! Was it self designed? Also, I'm currently eating mainly raw with some nut & seed butters, every day/ avos. I tried the raw til 4 lifestyle last yr and was constantly feeling hungry on it but I'm thinking that I wasn't eating enough calories on it or something. This experience is always in the back of my mind. What would you suggest? I was also eating a lot of dates/ bananas and felt that perhaps I was getting too many calories paradoxically at one point as I felt that I may have gained weight. What are your thoughts on this?

I love cooked carbs because when I did fully raw, just fruits all day it came from a mind set of having to restrict. I come from a history of anorexia so my mind automatically thought just fruit=pure=restricting. I even restricted calories while eating fully raw! And that only made me eventually binge out on grains because my body definitely needed more than I was giving it. Living a life with cooked carbs feels more normal and makes living life so much easier and more fun ABSOLUTELY

I am noticing this sense of entitlement in certain vegan videos. People who have done it for a while and think people are really interested in them. a fan of them? We watch these videos so we can learn something in the food world that is helpful. This video is a perfect example, here are my bananas on the floor and this is what I am going to make with them later. So we have gone from actually demonstrating to a verbal description only?

Freelee I really love the info you share with us! I'm starting this lifestyle at 52 with 25lbs to loose. I often get tired of eating fruit all the time. Like some days after 11 am I just can't bring myself to eat more of it. Should I just eat rice and potatoes at these times? And. If I am eating 2000 calories at my age that will still lead to fat loss in time? Any tips please!

Yes all colours of the spectrum from brown Mother Earth of gia, to reds, oranges etc, we need to include legumes, potatoes, wheat all of that is the brown part which is why potatoes are solid they are dense. Light foods like blueberries are blue, light, makes sense to those who understand

Hi Freelee, my question pertains to the effect of cooked food on our spiritual connection with life, specifically the sensitivity to spiritual-energetic-divine life force vibrations. Does cooked food lower ones ability to 'tune-in'? What has been your experience?
Thank you: )

Hi! Gracias for your videos! They motivate me a lot: i would like to start eating vegan/vegetarian. BUT i dont understand why so many people say that carbs make you hungry because of insulin etc. That's the only thing that's stoping me from starting to eat vegan/vegetarian.

As a RT4er the thing I love most about eating cooked carbs would be my ability to eat a warm meal. There is nothing like feeling warm and satiated after a full day of fruit eating: ) Besides, I love rice and potatoes! They make me feel so satisfied.

Hi Freelee, I have a question: I've been considering going low fat for a while now, but I'm wondering what the effects (if any) might to be towards a woman's cycle? I've heard mixed reviews and would appreciate your feedback. Thank you! Susie X
