Are you really suggesting that a diabetic go on a high carbohydrate diet? Please understand that there is not one cookie cutter diet that is created equal for everyone. You state that his ketogenic diet will cause him to check of the planet at any moment. I am sure a high carb diet for a diabetic will cause him to go into DKA and cause him to check off the planet. How would you suggest that he tailor your diet in a way that is healthy for him?
