Thank you free Lee so much. I'm a kid and I used to eat lots of sweets and unhealthy food but I'm eating much healthier now and I sometimes have smoothy healthy have in the mornings.

You don't exercise. You have to burn more calories than you put in and you will lose weight and get fit. It's extremely simple. Diet doesn't really matter, just get up and move.
