To those who live outside major cities like New York, Chicago, L. A. and London--> The way supermarkets tend to work in these cities goes a bit like the following: If you live in anything less than a middle class area, supermarkets with packaged whole foods are almost non existent and when they are, the items are super pricey. Haven't you noticed that in America, the poorer the family, the fatter and sicker they are? This is why. It's not just lack of education, it's LACK OF AVAILABILITY. I honestly think they do it on purpose, sick bastards.
I myself can't even get veggies at the regular supermarket because they are super pricey, but luckily there's a small vegetable shop about 4 blocks away from me now, and let me tell you I've dropped a dress size since they opened without restricting at all! Other broke people living in another part of the ghetto aren't so lucky. (Someone save america that is awful isn't it)

hello, can I ask about a problem I think we have, basically I have a very big family with 11 members and I was thinking of trying to convince them to eat vegan, a lot of vegans are living by them selfs or just a couple of 2 people, how my mother will keep up with all of our needs and cook for us, it seems pretty exhausting, plus lots of these vegan things are expensive and a
vegans needs to eat a lot in order to not get tired, I hope you help us out, thank you. P. S we eat A lot of rice and pasta and potatosvegan, we always have at east one fruit type at home all the time but we consume SO MUCH and it gets annoying as it is so I would appreciate the help

See, I really like these videos where she shows how she stays on this lifestyle, and it is very helpful and informative. But when she goes and tells other people how to live their lives, shames them, and makes fun of them/makes assumptions based on their weight, then I really despise her. I just wish she could be like this all the time and spread the word about veganism in a positive manner, rather than putting others down and making people think that all vegans are crazy and rude. Just my opinion.

Freelee I'm hoping you will see this, it is not my intention to be rude but if I appear to be I am sorry. Do you hate non-vegans, as a vegetarian I too hold a disdain of people who eat animals. I was a vegan for 3 months but was advised to go back to vegetarianism as I lacked energy and all were worried about weight loss because of my already lacking frame of 5'6 and forty-four kilos but I was eating more than I was as a veggie but during those few months as a vegan took its toll on my body.

Australia has the most awesome Orgran brand! I can hardly find it here in the US and my Whole Foods say they can't even order it. Until they can get it on the shelf again here, Australia wins!

FREELEE, I'm going vegan as of January 1st 2016 but I was wondering what stores you get this food from. Are they specialty stores? or would Woolies and Coles supply these items?
